Mission:
The RV Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales for new and used RVs and equipment, while providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience.
Pay: $60,000 guaranteed with potential up to $200,000 annually

Job Duties:
- Build rapport & trust with customers
- Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillars
- Conduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customers
- Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service
- Maintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral business
- Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up to date on manufacturer’s product features, components, and changes
- Stay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided information
- Be willing to learn and continuously implement the Alpin Haus selling system word tracks and techniques
- Participate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skills
- Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experience
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience helpful but not a must.
- Ability to work Saturday’s and 3-5 sales event weekends per year.
- A desire to win, grow, and make money.
Physical and Environmental Conditions
- Talking and hearing, walking and sitting, repetitive hand motion, using hands to grasp, and reaching with arms/hands, are required.
- Very little exposure to adverse environmental conditions; work is normally performed in a typical office environment. Customer interaction may occur outside in various weather conditions.
